Ambassadors

Meet our 2025 Ambassadors
These dedicated individuals embody compassion, leadership, and a deep sense of community service. They actively engage with both the public and emergency personnel, fostering understanding and appreciation for the critical roles these first responders play. Their efforts not only raise awareness but also build stronger, more supportive connections between citizens and the brave men and women who protect them.

I stand in support of HONOR because these individuals are the backbone of our community’s safety and resilience. They put their lives on the line every day, responding to emergencies and protecting us. By contributing to this program, we can help ensure they have the necessary resources, equipment, and support to carry out their critical duties effectively. It’s also a way to show appreciation for their dedication and service, reinforcing the bond between them and the community they serve.

Leah Boss

It’s my responsibility to support the men and women who protect and serve our communities! If we expect our communities to be safe, especially during times of growth, these individuals deserve our support. We rely on them in stressful situations, we should show them they have someone to lean on as well!

I’m committed to supporting HONOR for our law enforcement officers that go above and beyond. I deeply respect these brave individuals who put their lives on the line every day, and I understand the mental and emotional challenges they face. To me, it’s our duty as citizens to thank them by offering the extra support they need most. HONOR is a non-profit that I believe anyone can get behind because first responders have our back, and I’m proud to be there for them in return.

Ken Blumbek

As a proud member of the Honor Ambassador Council, I’m deeply committed to supporting first responders who protect our communities in critical moments. With family members in law enforcement, this cause is personal to me. It’s vital that we provide these brave individuals the resources they need to stay safe and return home to their families. I believe supporting those who serve is a responsibility we all share.

HONOR has always been near and dear to my heart. I have been supporting and growing HONOR for 5 years, witnessing firsthand the profound impact it has on those who serve.
With my brother serving our hometown in Florida as a police officer, I have seen the courage, sacrifice, and devotion it takes to protect and support others. His example inspires me to advocate for those who risk their lives every day. I am proud to bring my perspective and gratitude to this role, recognizing that behind every uniform is a family, a story, and a profound sense of responsibility to the community. It is a privilege to celebrate and support the heroes who strengthen our communities.

Honor recognizes and appreciates the restless dedication and commitment of our local Public Safety individuals, who work to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our community. Whether it's our firefighters, police officers, EMTs, or other first responders, these heroes put their lives on the line daily to protect us, respond to emergencies, and maintain peace. Their courage and selflessness inspire us all, and through HONOR, I am proud to show our gratitude and support for the vital role they play in keeping our community strong and resilient.

As an HONOR ambassador, I’m proud to stand behind the people who stand up for us every day. First responders work tirelessly to keep our communities safe, often in ways most of us never see. This role gives me the opportunity to express my gratitude, highlight their dedication, and encourage others to join in recognizing their service.

Fred Van Patten

I am proud to support HONOR. I am forever grateful for those individuals who voluntarily put their lives on the line to protect my life and all the people of our community. Heroes don't wear capes; they wear police badges, firefighting gear, or uniforms that indicate that person has chosen to serve and protect. The HONOR program enables me to support their commitment.
